Hidy hi Cheesies, it seems to be that time again, when I can't sleep!
Snuggled in my comfy bed at Crystal Palace Caravan Club Site, listening to the gentle hum in the background of the London traffic nattering on to you lot.
We have been to London to represent Wales at the Real Food Market on Southbank for St Davids Day. Personally I am going to look for another Pagan festival to celebrate in the summer mint he's because March is so terribly cold.
We were pitched next door to our young friend 'T' from Samosaco.(I call him the Prince of Persia) because he looks just like the Prince of the game.
Samosaco is a family run business in Cardiff , who make the most amazing Indian food: baked samosa's, onion Bhajee's and the worlds first Onion Bhajee scotch eggs, which are delicious😜.
The Real food market is held weekly from Friday to Sunday and is a mix of tantalising street food from around the world.
I met a young lady from Horn Ok Please who introduced Gerry & I to her Indian Street Food . Cooked fresh to order it was mouthwateringly good, with a mixture of spices. Colours & textures & best of all Gluten free.
It was great to be back in London again, meeting old customers & making new ones. I was surprised at how few Londoners watched the new series on ITV which went out prime time TV last Wednesday; Food Glorious Food in which 4 judges searched for Britain's Best Dish. I starred in the first episode & despite much twittering about it did not hold much interest in the Capital city.
Well it's back home tomorrow to my son Terence whom I have t seen for 6 weeks. He has been in Malaysia for 6 weeks staying with my sister Victoria & family. I have just enough time to re pack my case & then it's off to Euro Disney in Paris to represent Wales at the St Davids Day Festival out there. I have orders to take to Paris for customers we have met during the last 4 years trading at the event. We are provided with a chalet in the Disney Village & trade from 4-10pm. The rest of the time I get to play😁
We come back from Disney on the 12th March & fly off on holiday to Cran Canaria on the 16th for 2 weeks holiday.
Staying at the Teurito Princess, booked through First Choice, it's a fantastic beachside location. Hotel & food are in my opinion worth 5*
Lots of swimming & fishing, relaxation & exploring before we start our summer shows.
